ORDER PROCESSING
Once your payment is received, please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email with tracking information once your item(s) ship. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages. The information provided will let you know your order is on the way.
Turnaround times for order processing may vary depending on time of year and during peak holiday season. We are not responsible for any carrier delays.
SHIPPING CARRIERS AND TIMELINE
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days using carriers including USPS, DHL, FedEx. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada at this time.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including GST/VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Floriori is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
