We want you to be happy with your purchase and are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at info@floriori.com and we'll make it right — with a replacement, exchange, or refund. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Damages & Defects Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at info@floriori.com. Please include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Several clear photos showing the issue (use a measuring tape if helpful for print alignment issues)

In most cases we'll send a brand new replacement at no cost, and you can keep the original. Please note that phone cases are model-specific and made to order. We're unable to cover the cost of a replacement due to an incorrect model selection at checkout, but we're happy to work with you on a solution — just reach out.

How Returns Work Returns are by mail. Return shipping is free — we'll provide a downloadable, printable return label at no charge. There are no restocking fees.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund or replacement, please contact us at info@floriori.com.

Sale Items & Gift Cards We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
