Return and Refund Policy

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We happily accept returns if the item(s) are damaged, defective, misprinted or differs from your order. Please email us as soon as possible at info@floriori.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will reply promptly to make sure swift action is taken to correct the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, misprinted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

In your note, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • Several photos to info@floriori.com showing the problem as clearly as possible. Use a measuring tape in the photo if that will help to convey the issue (ie: if the print is off-center). Include a brief description in your note and we will get back to you quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as much as we are able.

Replacement item(s)
In a majority of cases, we will send you a brand new replacement at no cost and you will be able to keep the original item. We will keep in contact as your replacement item is being processed and will provide updated tracking information when your replacement item(s) ship.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your replacement, please contact us at info@floriori.com.

Refunds/Exchange
Because each item is made especially for you, we are unable to offer exchanges or returns for any other reasons.

Sale Items/Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
