All of our unisex premium crewneck style sweatshirts are made with 100% ring-spun cotton face material. It won’t pill even after multiple washes. In fact, it only gets softer! Lining is a supersoft cotton/poly blend.

In a majority of cases, we will send you a brand new replacement at no cost and you will be able to keep the original item. These sweatshirts run a bit small. Pro tip for a great fit: Measure a sweatshirt you have that fits well and compare to size chart below. The measurements shown in the charts are provided by our supplier. Product measurements may vary by up to 2” (5 cm). Keep in mind, there will be very little (if any) shrinkage after washing for.
A. Length
Place the end of the tape beside the collar at the top of the sweatshirt (highest point on shoulder). Pull the tape and measure to the bottom hem.
B. Chest
Measure yourself around the fullest part of your chest. Be sure to keep the tape measure horizontal.

Do sweatshirts run true to size?
These sweatshirts have a unisex fit and are snug around the hips and wrists. Pro tip for a great fit: Measure a sweatshirt you have that fits well and compare to the chart in the Size Guide.
I received my sweatshirt and it has a vinegar-like odor. Is this normal?
Yes, this is completely normal. The DTG digital printing process requires a fabric finish to ensure the water-based inks adhere to the fabric surface (otherwise they would flake off). We recommend washing before wearing following instructions above. It should only take one wash cycle to eliminate the odor.
What is the best way to wash my new sweatshirt?
Our printer uses the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology with high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly. We recommend the following care steps to best extend the life of your sweatshirt:
- Machine-wash cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. Do not use fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
- Tumble-dry on a low cycle, but hang-drying works best.
- Iron inside-out using a cool iron. Do not iron the print.
Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

If your item arrives and is damaged, defective, misprinted, or differs from your order, please contact us immediately so we can help get you a replacement. My sweatshirt arrived and is damaged/has printing issues. What do I do?
Don’t worry, we’re here to help! Please send a few photos to info@floriori.com showing the problem as clearly as possible. Use a measuring tape in the photo if that will help to convey the issue (ie: if the print is off-center). Include a brief description in your note and either Pete or I will get back to you quickly to resolve the issue to your satisfaction as much as possible. Your happiness and positive experience is so important to us!
How long will it take to ship?
On average, it typically takes 7-10 business days for your sweatshirt to arrive. You will receive an email with tracking information once your shirt ships. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship in separate packages.
